My Name is Peter.
I’m a graduate of Erickson International’s Art & Science of Coaching program and hold a coaching qualification from the Institute of Technical Education. I’m also proud to serve as a Burnt Chef Ambassador, championing mental wellbeing in the hospitality industry — a world I know intimately.
For most of my career, I was a chef. The pressure, the pace, the precision of the kitchen shaped my leadership. But eventually, I paused. I began asking bigger, more existential questions — and everything shifted. I turned inward, exploring meditation, spirituality, and emotional awareness. I realized that some challenges can’t be solved with strategy alone. We are emotional beings — driven by longing, shaped by meaning, and wired for connection.
Coaching wasn’t a career decision. It was a calling.
After years of leading high-performance kitchen teams in New York and London, mentoring emerging talent, and shaping culture under stress, I was offered a coaching apprenticeship. It was the natural next step for someone already devoted to growth, leadership, and awakening the best in others.
Today, I work at the intersection of clarity, leadership, and transformation.
My approach blends grounded strategy with inner work — coaching that clears mental noise, sharpens vision, and activates the courage to move. Whether you're creating, leading, or reinventing, this work aligns your outer actions with your inner truth.
My work exists to awaken the inner alchemist in every client — the part of us that knows how to turn experience into insight, and insight into action.
Today, my clients include:
Private clients seeking purpose, confidence, and clarity in relationships or transitions
Creatives and professionals craving reinvention, performance elevation, or a return to authenticity
Executives and managers refining emotional intelligence, communication, and leadership presence
And niche groups like hospitality leaders who arte so close to my heart and navigating identity, resilience, and drive
